Excellent value, pleasant, helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant and a very spacious and well appointed room.

Easy to find - daughter driving and I'd forgotten my disabled parking badge but that wasn't a problem at Reception so easy for me to access the Hotel. Couldn't have a disabled room as they were all fully booked - a bit more difficult to shower but I managed and the toilet, basin were fantastically placed. Beds comfortable and quite high so again, easy for me to get into and out of. Air con wasn't working but was provided with a super fan immediately. Were staying for a wedding - reception at Hotel...that was brilliant too. Bar prices reasonable (compared to where we're from) and buffet food was off the chart! Staff extremely helpful - booked a taxi to City centre for me, found me a great seat for breakfast which was delicious, even though we were quite late down on Friday - staff member at breakfast, cleaning tables, a young lady with tied back hair - didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and very kind. Outside seating area - obviously not quiet but again, no noisier than most Hotels of a similar design and situation and easy for me to get to...noticed slope to picnic tables and no steps - nice touch if you're disabled and can't do steps. Can't really think of anything negative to say. Would recommend for the price over 2 nights for 3 adults in 2 twin rooms - just over £300.00❤️❤️❤️

Spotlessly clean, huge beds, had one each so could spread out. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating especially in the restaurant. Bar and restaurant both very good. Had a wonderful meal there with friends and they do a good continental breakfast with hams and cheeses which is ideal for me. Very good value accommodation and we will definitely use it again. I've already recommended it to friends and family

Staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms had 2 king size beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers and chairs, and there was still space to walk around. Shower over bath, rather than separate but powerful with plenty of hot water. Water fountain for cold drinking water in corridor. Air conditioning worked fine, making the stay over 3 days very nice. Large free car park for residents made the stay even more convenient and much better value v hotels in the centre of town. Position of hotel with Starbucks (in car park), Costa M&S food and Macdonalds within short walking distance should make everyone happy. Nice bar and restaurant, but we had breakfast only, which was above a Premier Inn standard. Food looked good value in restaurant. Outside seating if required. A comfortable bed, good soft towels and bathrobe. In all, the rates were excellent, and the stay was very good value.

I couldn't believe the value of this hotel, booked last minute for a great prices than travel lodge or premier inn. The room was massive, we had a king and a double for me & my son. The room came with toileties, hairdryer,iron + boards, tea/coffee, dressing gown. Parking was free, a bar on site. The road in the day is busy but at night so quiet, loads of local big shops, 24hr star bucks, McD, KwitFit, B &M etc. Easy to access from the A38. Everything was clean and tidy. Checking was quick and easy, so was leaving. Staff we friendly and helpful.
